Objectives of the operational search activity "operational experiment" as the main feature, revealing its content

The task: the article attempts to present the concept of operational search activity "operational experiment" and reveal its content by studying the purposes of its implementation. Methodology: formal legal and comparative legal methods were used. Conclusions: on the basis of the analysis of normative legal norms and different approaches to the definition of the essence of the operational search activity "operational experiment" an attempt to present the content of the above-mentioned activity. Framework research/a possibility of the subsequent use of results of scientific work: certain provisions of the work that reveal the content of the operational search activity "operational experiment" can be used in scientific research. Practical value: the proposals formulated by the author, can be used by the authorities-the subjects of operatively-search activity with the publication of normative acts determining the procedure of carrying out of operatively-search actions. Social consequences: the article is of interest for further improvement of operational and search legislation. Originality/value: the article is addressed to employees of operational search units, scientists, specialists and a wide range of readers interested in problems of operational search activity.
