Abstract:
The condition of legal culture of Persian-Tajik people in ancient time, especially during the reign of the House of Achaemenids considered in the article. Particular lay emphasis on the action of «the law of the king» and «Declaration of Human Rights» proclaimed by Cyrus the Great and application of these legal acts in relationship to Persians and Greeks in VI-V centuries B.C.
