Legal, organizational and intellectual aspects of the modeling investigation activities

The development of scientific research is to validate the importance of intellectual thinking in modeling investigative activities. The basis of scientific research used theory J. Guilford, Stanley Krippner and Joseph Dillard. Method of comparative analysis allowed us to formulate the conclusion that the combination of diverse functions in investigative activities is meaningful only if the value of owning an investigator professional skills convergent thinking, i.e. predictive modeling capabilities of the event that the crime and criminal behavior. The scientific results can be used in the study of theoretical foundations and intellectual content modeling forms of thinking in investigative activities. Practical importance that revealing the essence of intellectual modeling thinking maybe its investigative activities in improving the practical direction. Social consequences are that the scientific and practical significance intellectual justification modeling thinking enhances the effectiveness of investigative activities. Originality and value of the results of this research work is that they can be used as a high educational process for training in investigative activities, refresher training of investigators and investigators, as in the scientific field study of organizational problems investigative activities.
