Abstract:

The article considers the assessment of the regulation of the complicity of terrorist activities, formulates recommendations and proposals for improving criminal legislation and law enforcement practice. The author proposes to include in the disposition of Part 1 of Art. 2051 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is a negative sign, excluding from the sphere of its regulation the acts for which the responsibility falls due under part 3 of Art. 2051 of the Criminal Code.
