Abstract:

This article describes how to determine the object of a crime under Art. 113 of the Criminal Code. The author analyzes in terms of the vertical construction of the object: general, genera, species, and direct objects. Special attention is paid to the direct object of the crime, and as an optional feature of the object of the crime, the author notes the victim in the context of his illegal and immoral behavior that led to the emergence of affect.
