Abstract:
Objective. In any civilized society the most important human right recognizes the right to life. The specificity of this law is that it is the main source to all other rights and freedoms of man and citizen, which is why the right to life is subject to special protection by the state and society. Purpose - Despite the fact that lately to the topic under study is manifested special attention, and yet this problem is not studied enough in domestic science. So, out of sight of our scientists, there were many issues related to the definition of requirements to the procedure of observance and protection of the right to life, with the mechanism of state and public protection of the constitutional right to life. Model. Implementation of research tasks was achieved through the study and analysis of fundamental human rights, review of legal acts of the Russian Federation, regulating the right to life at different levels. Methodological basis of research includes the methods of comparative legal and historical-legal analysis: reviewed and analyzed legislative acts adopted in recent years, as well as changes made to existing normative legal acts regulating social relations in the sphere of protection of the right to life both within the country and abroad. Conclusions. In this article, the object of study are social relations forming in the sphere of legislative regulation of the constitutional right to life, security and protection from arbitrary interference by the authorities in the Russian Federation. The subject of research is the constitutional right to life.
