Abstract:
The article is devoted to finding the modern concept of the effective criminal policy of the Russian state. To achieve this goal given attention: information benchmarks to objectively evaluate the criminal-political situation developing in the country, the problems of the formation of civil society as a condition for effective criminal policy, rules of constructing a mechanism to crime and a number of other issues that determine the effect sought to combat crime.
