Abstract:
In the article, on the basis of the doctrinal model of the system of prosecutor's state functions implemented in the modern period in the Russian Federation, the structure and hierarchical nature of the correlation between various prosecutorial functions are revealed. Classification of prosecutorial functions on various grounds is given, which allows them to systematize and distinguish their distinctive features
