Abstract:

In an article in the system we investigated the relationship theoretical and applied problems of protection of interests of the state prosecutor and the public, victims of criminal attacks, by presenting and maintaining a civil claim in criminal proceedings. An attempt was made to justify the need for the legislation to raise the question of empowering the public prosecutor on presentation of civil claims in criminal proceedings in support of public and private interests.
