Abstract:
The article, proceeding from the theory of legal activity of a state body, analyzes the structure, form and content of prosecutorial activity and the prosecutor's legal relationship and defines the theoretical basis for the implementation of the functions of the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation through prosecutorial activities and the prosecutor's legal relationship.
