Abstract:
This article discusses the purpose of creation, nature and organizational framework of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice of the Council of Europe. The author notes that the Commission has the analytical and advisory functions that it performs as in collaboration with other authorities of the Council of Europe, and in cooperation with the Member States. The problems of functioning of the Commission; its internal organs and structures.
