The principles of regulation of information relations on the Internet

Theoretical, doctrinal, and international legal fundamentals of the principles of regulation of information relations in the Internet began to take shape in the beginning of XX century in the documents of international organizations: the League of Nations, UN, UNESCO. Modern principles of regulation of information relations in the Internet are based on the provisions of the resolutions of the UN General Assembly on freedom of information, as the acts of "soft law". UN and UNESCO have consolidated the basic principles of freedom of information as a fundamental human right, the main criterion of all kinds of freedom (the right everywhere and is free to collect, transfer and publish information in the form of objective facts without willful and provocative intentions with regard to the rights and interests of subjects of information relations).
