Abstract:

In the article, special attention is paid to substantiating the interdependence, the mutual influence of the categories "ideology" and "law"; In this case, the broad concept of "ideology" is applicable, which includes various ideological trends: "state ideology", etc. In addition, the nature of such concepts and concepts as "ideology", "legal ideology" was determined, which was the basis for the hypothesis: "legal ideology is an element of legal systems".
