Right and law: questions of compare and contrast
( Pp. 104-113)

In this paper, the author examines the approaches to understanding law and law, an attempt is made to identify the dependencies and relationships between these two key concepts studied points, matching the juxtaposition of right and law. The article sets out the views of the authors, using science social studies the teachings of monism, dualism and pluralism. The author cites examples of legislation which give rise not only to distinguish between the right and the law, but also for their juxtaposition. In this connection, the author believes that there is a need to enhance the role of the judiciary, which, in its activities must be guided by precise and in strict accordance with the law, while deeply understanding the meaning and revealing the idea set out in the law.
