Abstract:

In this article, the author cites the results of criminological characteristics in the study of the question of the identity of the criminal, committing the crimes encroaching on freedom of conscience. Based on the obtained results, the author identified the characteristics possessed by persons who commit the foregoing acts, and also highlighted the types of criminals for groups I and II of crimes against the freedom of conscience. The author's conclusions are confirmed by the article numbers in percentage terms (according to the results in Russia sociological survey in 79 regions of the Russian Federation).
