Abstract:
In the article questions of necessity of interaction of various by their social nature subjects of law enforcement activity are considered. The attention is paid to law enforcement activity on protection of the human rights and legitimate interests. The conclusions is made that law enforcement activity, legal means, guarantees are not invariable, but are improved and form feedback between the state and society, the state and the person.
