On improper execution of obligations by security organizations under the Security contract of private property objects

Normative legal acts regulated relations in the fields of contracts with private security firms or non-departmental security units don`t contain the provisions on the responsibility of the security organizations for improper execution of the Security contract of private property objects. This article analyzes the juridical cases of improper execution of obligations by security organizations imposed by the contract, and materials of business practices. It is concluded that one act of security organization`s action or inaction is enough to recognize that performance of obligations under the contract by security organizations is improper.
