Abstract:

This article analyzes some aspects of legislative changes related to the reform of the volunteer institution in the Russian Federation. Legislative changes regulating voluntary (volunteer) activities, including in the sphere of activity of religious organizations, are discussed, and proposals are made for further legal regulation of volunteer activities.
