Abstract:
A task - questions of standard and legal regulation of measures of the state protection of the participants of criminal trial connected with need of safety of the personality for the sphere of criminal legal proceedings Are investigated. Model - the Methodological basis of work - a general dialektiko-materialistic method of knowledge of objective reality. General scientific methods - the analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction were used. By means of it is private the scientific - a legallistic method the content of the standards of the legislation regulating the analyzed problem is analysed and generalized. Conclusions - Systematization of the measures of state security which are available in various regulations, promotes rendering the effective, full-fledged and effective help to participants of criminal legal proceedings at various stages of criminal trial. A framework research/possibility of the subsequent use of results of scientific work - the Content of work supplements scientific and legal bases of institute of safety of the personality in the criminal procedure sphere; it can be used in the further researches connected with development of the analyzed problem. Practical value - Separate conclusions of work can be considered in practical activities of investigation authorities, inquiries, courts and bodies of prosecutor's office at emergence of questions of application of measures of the state protection. Originality/value - on the basis of the analysis of standards of the criminal procedure legislation, is studied institute of application of various measures of the state protection fixed both in the code of criminal procedure of the Russian Federation, and in other federal laws. It is intended for scientists, teachers who are trained in all directions of a legal profile, and also practical employees of law enforcement agencies
