Abstract:
Against the backdrop of a fairly broad study in contemporary science issues forming the official symbols of the state, is not enough studied the problem of legal registration and use of state symbols. This article is devoted to the study of constitutional design features the state symbols in the basic laws of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States. It seems that the common historical development of this group of states has allowed the best use of historical and legal and comparative legal research methods for the analysis of the current Constitution of the CIS countries. The study identified the lack of a uniform approach to constitutional law post-Soviet states in the definition of the concept of "symbols of the state" and their regulatory consolidation. It is concluded that the comparative legal study the constitutional foundations of the state symbols of modern states formed after the collapse of the Soviet Union, not only allows us to trace the general laws of their constitutional development, but also the specific features of the relevant constitutional reforms. This area of research is quite promising for further study, and the results can be used as a law-making and in the learning process.
