Determinants influencing anesthesia of the population in the Republic of Bashkortostan

Task - To analyze the determinants that affect anesthesia of the population in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Model - The work has used the general and systemic-structural approaches, logical methods of research, methods of comparison and analysis. Conclusions - The article examines the causal complex, causing the illicit traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The author comes to the conclusion that socio-economic, political and organizational-legal factors take a dominant position that give rise and contribute to the development and prosperity of the causes and conditions of this phenomenon. Practical value - the provisions and conclusions formulated in article can promote improvement of activities of practical services for the prevention of a narcotization of the population in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Originality/value - the scientific article contains the debatable issues concerning illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
