Abstract:
Personal security lies in its physical and spiritual security. Nevertheless, spiritual security, understood as ensuring its freedoms in the generally accepted sense in the world community (freedom of conscience, choice, thinking, etc.), is ensured thanks to the security of society, which in the course of its evolutionary forms implements the system of ensuring personal freedoms taking into account the interaction of the current interests of the individual and other members of society for further joint development. Despite the widespread use of the term “safety” in theory and legislation, a single generally accepted understanding of this definition has not yet been formed, which causes the emergence of certain difficulties in law enforcement.
