Abstract:
This paper analyzes the features of the execution of punishment in the form of correctional work in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The interest in studying the best practices of the criminal-executive legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is caused by close joint cooperation of our peoples, which has continued for many years. The peoples of Russia and Kazakhstan are interacting in the economic, political and social sphere. Considering the above, we can assume that the study of the advanced experience of the criminal-executive legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has many general trends in development with Russia, will bear a positive result.
