Abstract:
Today in Russia there is an urgent need not only in the creation and diffusion of innovations, but in their complex and perfect dimension. In foreign practice use various tools of evaluation of innovative potential of the national economy in General and certain industries in particular (methodology Eurostat, etc.), however, their application in pure form to the domestic system cannot. The purpose of this paper is to develop tools for assessment of innovation potential of industrial enterprises of rocket-space complex. The article presents the system of indicators of estimation of innovative potential of the knowledge-intensive industrial enterprises, their threshold values, methods and algorithm of their application. The developed methodology it is possible to apply the high-tech industrial companies as rocket and space complex in particular and machine-building complex as a whole.
