Abstract:
The difficult economic situation in Russia is reflected in the insurance and financial services, in this regard become all the more urgent to protect the rights of consumers of these services. In this work, the analysis developed and recently adopted normative legal acts aimed at improving the level of legislative protection of consumer rights in these areas. Also marked the main directions of development of consumer protection in insurance and financial services in 2017.
