Abstract:
The purpose of this article is to examine the professional self-realization features of the high-tech experts in aerospace field. Based on the results, we can conclude that at present the professional self-realization in the aerospace industry differs from the previous generation mainly by lack of interest. The interest in professional development will ensure the improvement of the aerospace industry as a whole. This article is intended for professionals in the aerospace field, as well as for the leading experts from various fields, who are able to build the management structure based on the present example.
