Tasks: Rate RSI position at this moment. To analyze ways to attract young professionals in the field of rocket and space activities. Model: The work was based on the study of the scientific publications and theses in the field of RSI. Conclusions: The successful development of the space industry requires a growing trend of innovative activity of the enterprises, which are the basis for a highly qualified workforce. Scope of the study: The data obtained from the study are relevant to all enterprises high-tech industries. Practical importance: The article reveals one of the main problems RSI, causing discusses how to resolve it. Social consequences: The ability to increase the level of education and qualifications of the population. Uniqueness: This article is focused on the generation of people are either already engaged in scientific activities in the RSI, or for those who make their first steps.
