Abstract:
One of the priorities of the prosecutor's supervision over the implementation of legislation on the treatment of industrial and domestic waste are: its activation and efficiency. The prerequisites for the implementation of high-quality and high-performance of prosecutorial supervision over the execution of laws under consideration are: a solid knowledge of the prosecutors of the legislation and its implementation; clear understanding of the challenges facing this subnet supervision and others.
