Annotation:
The article describes methodical approaches to optimal of resource allocation aimed at implementation of innovative projects and programs in aerospace enterprises. The author develops a list of criteria that allow evaluating projects and making decisions on their financing. The algorithm for resource allocation with the expert assessment method and subsequent clustering are developed.
