Annotation:
The article discusses the problem how Russia's state policy in strengthening its national security and maintaining the sovereignty and technological development of industry is implemented on the basis of the Federal target programme "Support, development and use of GLONASS in 2012-2020". Special attention is paid to the consideration of methodological approach to the estimation of the probability of economic feasibility of the Programme according to the event activities included to this Programme. The main mathematical methods used in the economic feasibility assessment of the Programme are the methods of probability and statistical analysis, as well as approaches for risk assessment. The article is intended for the economists and practitioners in the field of management in high-tech sectors of economy based on the development technologies of the federal target programmes.
