The article deals with internal and external, positive and negative, both managed and unmanaged factors, and risk factors that determine the social, environmental and resource efficiency investments. An important prerequisite for sustainable agriculture under the influence of these factors may be a set of measures that permit a balance between the main objective of sustainable functioning of the industry with efficient use of available production resources.
