Abstract:

The article is devoted to an actual problem of barriers and risks that hinder the development of public-private partnership in the country. The author identified and systematized the main barriers and risks, which do not allow to give a proper impetus to the development of public-private partnership after the entry into force of the federal law on PPP and MPP.
