Annotation:
The analysis of investment projects efficiency plays a key role in the Russian current complicated business environment. The growth of investments in innovation and «smart» production is the aim of the Strategy of Rostec State Corporation in 2015-2025. The authors of the article show the applicability of not only simple evaluation methods of cost efficiency, but also the methods based on discounting of forecast cash flows on the example of the investment project of Rostec State Corporation «Conversion of Hydrocarbonic Raw Materials». The application of such methods makes it possible to estimate the investment project efficiency and the feasibility of its implementation objectively.
