Abstract:
The article discusses issues related to the use of electronic means of payment for financing the activities of political parties by citizens of the Russian Federation. Difficulties associated with the use of electronic means of payment, caused primarily by the presence of gaps in legislation, which in some cases lags behind the pace of development of modern information and communication technologies and electronic payment systems. The solution of this problem lies in the study of the law questions to ensure the identity of contributors using such technologies. The subject of the research are electronic means of payment through which if you make changes to Federal legislation can be used to transmit contributions to political parties. The scientific results can be used in the preparation of textbooks on constitutional, civil and financial law. The article may be of interest to leaders and staff of political parties, teachers and law students with an interest in the funding of political parties.
