Abstract:
Purpose. Research of reorganization measures application problem within rehabilitation procedures. Usage of this mechanism in Russia is limited by lack of appropriate legal regulation. Approach. During research of this problem the author relied on theoretical researches of the Russian and foreign scientist; the method of comparative law was used, the statistics of rehabilitation procedures application during bankruptcy was also applied. Findings. The author established the reasons interfering effective application of measures for reorganization of the enterprise debtor, and also ways of improvement of the legislation for more effective use of this mechanism are offered
