THE METHOD OF DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF MONETARY COMPENSATION FOR MORAL DAMAGE OF REHABILITATED

The article is devoted to the determining the amount of compensation of moral harm and procedure of rehabilitation. For determining the amount of moral damages is proposed alternative method. This technique would combine the requirements rehabilitated on the compensation of property damage and the claim for compensation of moral harm. It allows to consider rehabilitation issues only in the criminal proceedings
