Abstract:
The article substantiates the need for extensive use of information technology in teaching economic disciplines in the directions «Economics» and «Finance and credit». Reveals the role of education in social development, its positive impact on the adaptation of people to the modern conditions of life, determined the value of information for human activities. Possibilities of using information computer technology in education, advantages and disadvantages of their widespread introduction in the educational process are lit. The peculiarities of e-learning and its legal regulation are considered, the contribution of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation in implementation of state policy in the field of education is estimated. The attention is paid to the organization of education in Russia in the framework of the Bologna process for the formation of students the necessary competencies. Its importance for current economic information used in the educational process, such electronic resources as the official sites of public authorities and Bank of Russia. Based on the study of the problems of using information technology in teaching economic disciplines, the conclusion about the necessity of their further development and application in education to enhance the role of Russia in the unified educational space.
