Abstract:
The article substantiates the idea of the need for cadastral information management in the Russian Federation. The author assumes that the current system of information resources and state cadastral registration of real estate doesn’t correspond any of the aspects (information-technological, economic, organizational, legal) the requirements of this most important state institution. The article suggests a package of measures to improve the situation (for example, the creation of a federal network of satellite differential and differential provision of information services, etc.).
