Guarantees of Quality Of a Shared construction object

The article is devoted to the restoration method of defense of shared construction participants’ rights: giving guarantees of quality of a newly built object. The problems connected with commissioning of low-quality shared construction objects, the lack of legislative setting of deadline for elimination of defects, failure to guarantee quality of an object for legal successors of shared construction participants are being examined.
