Abstract:
Article is devoted to studying of the main directions of development of the financial-budgetary relations at the level of the region via the mechanism of the financial and budgetary federalism as integral part of a federal state. The principles of construction and legislative basis of the budgetary federalism are considered, problems on a way of development of the financial and budgetary federalism are also designated and ways their solutions are proposed.
