In the modern literary world there are many internal problems, but it is part of creation. A more significant problem is the documentary support for creativity. Practice shows that the basic contradictions arise between authors and publishers. This is explained by the peculiarities of the author and publisher relations. Typically, these relations are formalized in a contractual form, but unfortunately, often do not have a relationship at all material confirmation. Authors like creative personality, relate to contracts very serious, which entails a number of problems.
