Abstract:
The article concerns the peculiarities of the Russian information policy in the present circumstances and criminal means of ensuring it. Тhe system of criminal law provisions, which will respond to abuse of information to warn of their violations. Justified proposals to improve a number of articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
