Advantages of the Swiss Jurisdiction for Inheritance Assets Management

Currently there is a tendency that Russian businessmen get to know that assets and inheritance management are in no way less important than the business itself. The reasons to bring assets under professional management are usually as follows: assets have reached the size when the use of professional skills would be more efficient. Such a task is made possible due to the use of so-called „Family Office“. The present article aims to describe how a family office in Switzerland can provide advantages in respect of confidentiality, legal security of assets, control over the family business, and optimization of assets.
