Abstract:
Task: In the article the author methodical approach to the formation of a strategic portfolio of corporate projects of the innovative development. Model: the Author reveals the main stages of the formation of a strategic portfolio of corporate projects of the innovative development and established the relationship between them. Conclusions: the algorithm of formation of a strategic portfolio of corporate projects of the innovative development. The scope of research / the possibility of subsequent use of research results in scientific activity: the Proposed methodological approach can be used to develop quantitative models of formation and evaluation of effectiveness of implementation of corporate strategy. Practical use: Developed by the author of the algorithm can be used for strategic planning of activity of the company. Originality/ value: the Results can be used in the solving of management tasks by the company management and business consultants.
