Abstract:
Purpose - purpose of writing this paper is to determine the characteristics of the ratio of state sovereignty and measures to maintain financial and economic stability in terms of contemporary international law. Materials and methods - in the study, a comparative analysis of anti-crisis economic measures and exclusive rights of states arising from the basic principles of international law. Results - the author substantiates the conclusion that the harmonization of the sovereign will of subjects of international law in international economic relations can be carried out under indirect coercion. It does not correspond to certain principles of international treaty law. The ways to solve this problem within the framework of international law. Originality/value - the work is intended for members of the legal community involved in theoretical and applied problems in the field of international economic law.
