In this article system is considered the legal nature of acts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in the system of legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan. Author analyzing the ratio of regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan on legal acts and the legal consequence of the annual messages of the President form of his act
