Abstract:
Article is devoted to display of the mechanism of the organization and implementation of social legal protection of minor family members regarding concerning the right to medical care, housing, education, education, receiving a legal aid. In it conditions, the bases, an order and features of the appeal to legal methods, means and ways of ensuring realization and protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of minor citizens reveal.
