System Concept of legal status of a person

In this article on the basis of available points of view of scientists-lawyers author formulates and offers his own system concept of legal status of a person (as a man and a citizen), proves the unreasonableness to simplify the above status to a set of rights, freedoms and obligations of an individual. In original and modern manner author reveals the problems of right to life protection both from theoretical and jurisprudence approaches. As well the article represents author's critics of some particular non-constitutional (according to author) norms of federal legislature on foundations of citizens' health care.
