ANTI-CORRUPTION IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: THE HISTORICAL ASPECT

Task. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the historical aspects of the formation and development of anti-corruption in the Russian Armed Forces as a whole, as well as an example of one of the fleet of the Russian Navy, as well as a brief review of anti-corruption regulations, adopted in our country for the period from the XIV century to date. Model. To achieve this objective, the study used scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, historical and logical), private methods (statistical, comparative, interviewing) and special methods (comparative legal and legalistic). Findings. The study presented periodization anti-corruption activities in the Russian Armed Forces. The possibility of subsequent use of the results. The results of this study can be used in the development of federal laws and other normative legal acts in the field of combating corruption in the Russian Armed Forces. The practical significance. Is represented by the characterization of key stages in the development of anti-corruption activities in the domestic military environment, revealing the essence of changes in the content of anti-corruption legal acts and study of the process of improving national legislation in the field of combating corruption in the army and navy. Social consequences. The chronological ordering of facts changes in the content of legal acts in the field of anti-corruption in the Russian Armed Forces allows to date these changes.
