Abstract:

This paper presents the characteristics of responses to crime in the area of illegal migration. In this study, among the many this world, the author laid the organizational and legal measures, such as, in his opinion, fundamental. As a result of the study, the author notes that the preventive effect on negative organizational factors should be focused on strengthening the relationship between the subjects of prevention, improving their performance and control over it, in turn, the legal direction of crime prevention in the field of illegal immigration should be directed to the formation of the national program to combat illegal migration, as well as streamlining migration processes, rebureaucratization and simplify migration procedures
